By visiting and/or shopping at (non-exhaustive list) (collectively, “Using”) this website, you, the individual presently Using this website (hereinafter, “you” and “your”), are expressly certifying that you have read and comprehended the terms and conditions described and defined below (the “Terms”), and, furthermore, agree to be bound by them. XYMOGEN, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

XYMOGEN reserves the right to discontinue sales to you at any time.

The published price may not reflect the final price; additional fees, including, but not limited to, tax, processing, and shipping & handling, as well as any applicable discounts, may apply. You will be advised of the final price at checkout before your payment is processed; by submitting an order, you are agreeing to be charged the price shown.

Order fulfillment is automatic and immediate. Therefore, it is not possible for XYMOGEN to cancel or change the details of your XYMOGEN order once it has been placed.

Standard Shipping is typically UPS Ground; however, a different method may be utilized at XYMOGEN’s sole discretion. You are responsible for any additional shipping service charges imposed by a mail carrier at the mail carrier’s posted rate, including, but not limited to, signature requirements and certificates of delivery.

XYMOGEN.ca will attempt to validate your shipping address; and, when possible, it may provide a recommended substitution. If a shipping vendor identifies one or more errors with your shipping address after your order has been shipped, you may be assessed one or more shipping and handling fees, including, but not limited to, an address correction fee and/or a package rerouting fee (collectively, the “Fees”); the Fees are subject to carrier rate adjustments based on the distance between the initial delivery address and the updated delivery address, and begin at twenty-one dollars and 00/100 ($21.00) per order. Any assessed Fees will be debited against the payment method used to place the order.

XYMOGEN does not currently offer international shipping.

XYMOGEN will accept the return of, and replace, any damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products you might receive; XYMOGEN will not issue refunds for damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products. Claims for damaged, incorrect, and/or non-conforming products must be received by XYMOGEN within five (5) days of delivery. XYMOGEN will offer a refund should one or more products in your order become subject to a shortage. XYMOGEN does not accept returns, or offer refunds, for reasons of personal preference (e.g., taste, smell, and texture). XYMOGEN does not resell returned items.

You have full control over managing your autoship orders and preferences through your account settings. You will receive a confirmation e-mail seven (7) days before your autoship order is scheduled to be processed for shipment. Changes to, or cancellations of, an autoship order must be received not less than two (2) days before it is to be processed. Once an autoship order begins processing for shipment, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Autoship orders are subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM RESELLING THE XYMOGEN PRODUCTS (THE “PRODUCTS”) PURCHASED AND/OR OBTAINED FROM THIS WEBSITE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH PRODUCTS WERE PURCHASED AND/OR OBTAINED AT (1) FULL PRICE, (2) A DISCOUNTED PRICE, AND/OR (3) FREE OF CHARGE.
